I’m a hypnotherapist with a background in psych nursing and a knack for helping people stop gaslighting themselves and actually start healing. I work with folks who are done with surface-level advice, spiritual fluff, and trying to "positive vibe" their way out of generational trauma.

My approach is nervous system smart, trauma-informed, and rooted in real results—because healing shouldn't feel like emotional homework.

I received an Associate of Nursing at Darton College and State University in 2010. After that I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University in 2014. I obtained training for Hypnotherapy at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2021.

Initial Consultation

In this 2.5-hour session, we will begin with your goals, aspirations, and overall health. We will delve into this by coming up with a plan with goals that you want to achieve and in the timeframe in which you would like to achieve them.

Returning Session

These are 1-hour sessions that are done after the initial consultation. This will carry out the plan to achieve the goals in which you desire.

All sessions are virtual and take place via Google Meet. Once you schedule, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your private session link. You’ll need a webcam (preferably on a tripod or something stable), a quiet space where you can recline or lie down, and a strong internet connection. I recommend headphones for better sound immersion and a light blanket—your body temp can drop as you enter deep relaxation. I work Monday through Friday but can be flexible with enough notice. Your only job? Show up, get cozy, and let the subconscious magic unfold.
